how to have healthy teethDid you ever wish you had perfect teeth? I know I always wanted to learn how to have healthy teeth. No matter how often I brushed and flossed my teeth, I still seemed to get cavities. Sometimes, the more I brushed, the more cavities I developed. When my children also started developing cavities, I decided that there must be a better way to prevent and get rid of them. A lot of people with dental problems blame it on their genetics, on their age, or not brushing their teeth often enough. The truth is that genetics, age, and not brushing, only play a minor role in tooth decay problems and gum disease. Once you learn how to take care of your teeth, you can prevent cavities naturally.

How To Have Healthy Teeth

Learning how to have healthy teeth naturally requires knowledge, and work. The first thing we need to do is to learn natural methods of tooth decay cavity prevention. When we already have cavities, we also need to learn how to reverse these cavities so that our teeth can heal themselves naturally.

There is a lot more to it than most dental experts believe. The prescribed methods of brushing and flossing on a regular basis aren’t even designed to fix your dental problems. Below is a format I have personally tried and found to be successful at fixing my cavities and preventing sore gums.

The first step to having healthy teeth is to find existing cavities and get rid of them. It only takes a few minutes to give your mouth a self check up, or have a friend do it for you. Cavities are often dark spots embedded in your tooth enamel. Cavities form in areas of your teeth that have become structurally weakened. After that, these areas of your teeth often become infected by bacteria. One method that works very well for healing cavities is chewing on a miswak stick. As you chew on one of the sticks, you also find places where teeth are weak. These areas will hurt a little as you chew, but should go away as they begin to heal themselves. The slightly abrasive end of the stick and clean your teeth very well. It also has anti-bacterial properties that kill the bacteria infecting your teeth. Once you get rid of the bacteria, and strengthen your spy chewing on the stick, your teeth can start healing themselves.

You’ll want to spend 10 to 20 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week chewing on a miswak stick. It will also help to get rid of plaque and make your teeth much stronger.

The alternative is to go to the dentist. Unfortunately, densest don’t really solve the problem. All they do is cut out the infected part of your tooth. When a part of your tooth becomes amputated, it loses its ability to heal naturally. Over time, cavities simply become bigger and bigger as your filling fails and you teeth become re-infected.

The next thing you need to do is to have proper nutrition. Here is a hint. If it says on the box that it is healthy, like sugar-coated breakfast cereals do, it probably isn’t. The most healthy foods you can buy don’t come in a box or a can.

People are in such a hurry to make products and sell as much as they can, they often neglect nutrition. If you take time to care about your nutrition, your nutrition will care about you. Nutrition gives you healthy bones, and a happier life.

The most healthy foods are the foods that you make yourself, and then that come from natural sources. Some very valuable sources of nutrition are farm fresh eggs, raw milk, natural cod liver, and grass-fed meat. The reason these types of proteins are very good for your teeth is because they contain vitamin A vitamin D. In addition, they contain fat-soluble vitamins in concentrations that are exponentially higher than you would be up to find them in their processed counterparts.
